Hannele Gibson, President and CEO, initially learned business and business principles from her father, Matti Itkonen who was the CFO of Hackman Oy, a large Finnish stainless steel factory. Growing up around the factory developed Hannele’s love of business. Educated in Europe, she brings to the business a different prospective. She is an ardent advocate of cost-effectiveness, the lack of which knowledge has doomed many a small business. She is very goal-oriented and her determination and tenacity have served her well in all her endeavors. She has run successful businesses in the Food Sector, in the Retail Sector and now in Real Estate Development. She has developed real estate in Finland as well as within the United States. She is fluent in three languages, and can converse in two other languages.
Integrating her entrepreneurial and business skills with Richard Gibson's knowledge of real estate and investment, Hannele and Richard established Hanrich Enterprises, Inc. in 2001. Hannele is the CEO of Hanrich and sets the annual goals for the corporation. In addition to her business success, she is proud to have raised two wonderful children, who are graduates of Ivy League schools. Hannele is committed to Philanthropy. She has studied Fund Raising at the University of California, Los Angeles. She is a Diamond Sponsor of the King's League of Woman, an organization that raises funds for The King's College and Seminary, Van Nuys, California. She is a Past-Member of the President's Cabinet for the King's College and Seminary.
Richard Gibson, Vice President and COO, has been educated in Engineering, Law and Finance. Richard is in charge of Acquisitions and Development for Hanrich. He is also the CFO for Hanrich. In the past, Richard was Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Western Diversified Equities (WDE), an investment division of Beverly Hills Bancorp, an ASE company that also owned the Beverly Hills National Bank. Richard was a Board Member of the Bancorp. Richard headed up Acquisitions and Development for WDE as well as directing all of its Sales. Richard was President and CEO of Encino Financial Company, a Mortgage Banker that originated loans for Wells Fargo Bank. Richard taught Investment Analysis at UCLA for four years. He has also worked as a Consultant, after being recommended for the task by Bank of America, to companies that had delinquent loans at the Bank. He successfully worked out voluntary reorganizations for those companies, and was able to successfully reinstate the delinquent loans without a ‘write down’ or loss to the Bank of America.
Richard is a seasoned development professional whose credentials reflect successful development of primarily market-rate projects. He has developed hundreds of multi-family units in Los Angeles County. He brings this knowledge and zeal learned from developing competitive market-rate projects to build affordable projects that work. Richard learned development initially working for Larwin Housing. He also served as President of Brighton Development Corporation, a private company that built projects in Beverly Hills, Glendale, Burbank, Hollywood and the San Fernando Valley. The LA City Council commended Richard for his development work within the mid-Wilshire corridor. Richard is a graduate of the USC-Ross Summer Program in Real Estate (RSPIRE) for developers, a resident condensed graduate level program. Richard is a Past President of the Ross Board. Richard is a Certified Project Manager having trained at California State University, Dominguez Hills.

A. Nicholas Gibson, Vice President, is in charge of Research and Project Management for Hanrich. Nick has over 6 years of real estate experience specializing in project management and market research. Nick's professional expertise extends into the areas of business development, competitive market analysis, customer relationship management, strategic partnerships, contract negotiations, marketing strategy, and information technology management. Nick works with a global NGO to facilitate SME development and infrastructure renewal in Africa, and also coordinates a B2B intermediary service that bridges Israeli Industry with Emerging Market Companies. Nick graduated with a BA in History from Columbia University and received an M.Div with Honors from The Kings Seminary. He is a graduate and past board member of the USC Ross Minority Program in Real Estate, where his team was awarded for presenting the best development concept.
Holly Gibs
on, Executive Assistant to the COO, is a graduate of the Kings College with highest honors. With a background in web design and IT Support, she has established herself as an Internet marketing and design professional. In addition to assisting the COO, Holly steers the marketing and branding of HEI and manages the IT department. She enjoys researching new technology and software and designing marketing campaigns. Holly is a great asset to HEI with her analytical and artistic abilities. As is typical in small companies, Holly is also the web master for Hanrich. She also directs Hanrich's 'cloud-computing' system which facilitates the company's communication, both internally and with its affiliates as well as with its investor community.

Robert Keller, Vice President of Real Estate, is the designated broker/officer for Hanrich Enterprises, Inc. His real estate expertise includes the sales, leasing, and management of SFR’s, multi-family, commercial, and industrial properties, the training and supervision of up to six real estate licensed salespersons and eight unlicensed staff. He has participated in market and feasibility analysis, site selection, financing, and acquisition of investment properties. He is also adept at the production of design and working drawings, contractor selection, and construction supervision. He has prepared CTCAC, Century Freeway Housing, and other affordable housing applications.
Robert is also an instructor at the UCLA Extension School where, for the last twelve years, he has taught Real Estate Principles, Practice and Finance; and Using Financial Calculators for Real Estate Applications. Robert has his BA in History and a Master of Architecture from UCLA; and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
